The JG9200S model redesigns the beating stroke and shedding based on the TSUDAKOMA ZAX9200 model. By employing the offset rocking shaft with less moment of inertia and a hollow reed holder, beating is well-balanced. In addition to stable operation at high speeds — faster than all conventional models — the JG9200S has low vibration and saves electricity.
A — Crossing Stay: The front stay is rectangular, with width reaching 100 mm and height reaching 150 mm (height is 138 mm maximum on ZAX-N model). It is strengthened for stable operation at high speed, and the high rigidity of beams efficiently reduces resonance marks.
B — Integrated Frame Wall: One integrated frame wall — the same as the TSUDAKOMA ZAX-9200i model — allows higher pick density. High-speed operation while maintaining the best fabric quality is attained at a high level.
C — Transverse Rail: A transverse rail is employed to increase rigidity. For widths greater than 280 cm, one or two extra rails are available.
D — Improved Operation Access: The loom frame height and depth have been re-engineered for easier access during operation and maintenance. The JG9200S model is 20 mm lower than all former models. Air regulators have been moved to a higher, more accessible position — drastically reducing the number of tools required. Driving elements for positive easing motion are located outside the main frame to simplify adjustment and maintenance.
E — Hollow Reed Holder: The JG9200S uses the same hollow reed holder as the TSUDAKOMA Zax 9200 model. Its eccentricity has less mass and the moment of inertia is lower — floor vibration is reduced and running is steady.
Robust frame structure — JG9200S
A: Our newly designed rocking shaft with small inertia moment is employed to attain well-balanced beating even at high speed.
B: Compared with other hollow rocking shafts, it reduces floor vibration by 25%. Stable operation is possible at high speed.
C: Both side rocking shafts use a larger bearing size and larger diameter — current diameter is 70 mm (former was 60 mm).
Offset rocking shaft — ⌀70 mm bearing
JG9200S beating curve — shortened stroke
The beating stroke is shortened and the driving parts — most essential for the weaving machine to run at high speed — are additionally reinforced. By placing the heald frame as close to the cloth fell as possible while keeping the shedding amount, the shedding angle is increased and defective shedding is reduced. Stable operation at high speed is attained compared with conventional models.
A shortened beating stroke backs up high-speed operation while keeping a high quality level of fabrics, and electric power consumption is reduced by approximately 5% compared with all other existing models.
A: The stable weft insertion system accelerates weft at low pressure to prevent yarn damage. Speed is enhanced by combining the ROJ ELF G2 free drum pooling system (with yarn-advancing reel as standard), stabilizing insertion with less yarn breakage even at high-speed or extra-wide weaving.
B: The WBS (Weft Braking System) sharply reduces the peak tension that occurs at the end of weft insertion, preventing weft breakage and looseness. This system is ideal for extra-wide weaving and yarns susceptible to broken picks.

The filling insertion angle is enlarged by improvements in the beating curve. Filling insertion for thick or twisted yarn is more stabilized. Furthermore, weaving is greatly improved on fabrics that easily generate warp looseness during weaving.
Centralized lubrication is standard on the JG9200S model, making it greatly convenient for workers to operate and fulfil the adding or replacement of lubricants — ensuring long-lasting mechanical performance with minimal maintenance effort.
The APF automatically rotates the loom in reverse to find a pick when the loom is stopped. With its automatic re-starting operation, the number of times an operator must press buttons is decreased, thus increasing operability. The pick-finding position to stop reverse rotation can be set for two reasons for loom stoppage: filling and other than filling.
